Senior Operations Planner

We are seeking a Senior Operations Planner to join our Inventory & Logistics team, reporting into the Operations Planning & Scheduling Manager.

Role Purpose:
The Senior Operations Planner is responsible and accountable for part delivery from design release to OTIF component delivery, covering more complex/critical assemblies, and providing support to the wider Ops Planning team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of works orders, ensuring BOM dependencies and tooling requirements are fulfilled.

  • Generate accurate work orders, maintaining accurate delivery dates.

  • Accountable for delivery and tracking components throughout the factory.

  • Work closely with the Programme Managers and the Top Level Quantities document to ensure work orders are raised to meet required part quantities for the relevant target events.

  • Work closely with the Production Schedulers to ensure that work lists generated for the departments are based on accurate priorities and delivery dates.

  • Provide support to Operations Planners within Module Team.
