Ours is a story of ingenuity and relentless technical development. Of grit, and heroism, and human endeavour. Of knowing and believing that we’re only at our best when we’re at our bravest. Of moving fearlessly forward. Always.
So, we’re taking the pursuit of better seriously. We have huge plans for our future. We’re making incredible things happen.
Right now, we’re looking for a Trackside Operations Engineer to push us further than ever, faster than ever. To tackle F1 racing’s biggest challenges with humility. To make the most of our open culture. To own the next chapter in our story.
As part of our race team, you’ll travel to all F1 races and pre-season testing to co-ordinate car builds, manage car reliability and operation, and make sure we follow all technical and legal requirements during race events. This is a critical trackside role involving numerous aspects of the technical operation of our race cars.
It’s all about being proactive when it comes to build planning and anticipating and reacting to unexpected situations at trackside as when they happen. Timing is critical, so you’ll work closely with other members of the engineering group and our Chief Mechanic to deliver solutions when it really matters, making sure you communicate and feedback as effectively as possible. Between events, you’ll also work closely with our factory based technical departments to make sure everything is in place for race days.
Relevant experience is vital and you’ll have a proven background of delivering strong technical solutions in critical situations. Just as importantly, you’ll also need to be flexible enough to travel globally as part of our race team to attend all F1 races and pre-season events.
