Trackside Operations Engineer

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the point of contact and organize racing schedules for participating teams;
  • Responsible for vehicle set-up, vehicle systems, vehicle dynamics, and performance engineering;
  • Constant monitoring of on-track vehicles;
  • Generate pre-race checklist and faults reports continuously improving the technical and administrative side of the racing;
  • Provide teams support during and in-between events;
  • Work with the Vehicle Design team to assist in the development of new vehicles.

    
What you'll need:

  • Proven success in a similar role, including knowledge and experience in race management;
  • Previous experience of working with data logging and telemetry systems in a high-level motorsport environment is essential;
  • Quick decision-making skills whilst working through problems in a scientific and analytical way;
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal;
  • Proactivity, and the ability to work as a team player with attention to detail and drive for continuous improvement;
  • The desire and ability to keep learning continuously and to achieve audacious goals.
