THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Rally2 Technician to join our growing team. This role will require overseeing all build specifications and set ups to ensure the car is always prepared to the highest possible standards. The roles require a high level of technical knowledge and there is a requirement for world travel for our Rally2 Programme, including WRC, BRC, and ERC.
The role and responsibilities include:

Building, set-up & commissioning of the Ford Fiesta Rally2 team cars, as well as future developments.

Ensuring all components of the car are safety joined and meeting quality standards.

Assisting with fault diagnostics.

Working closely with Technicians, Management, Engineers and supporting departments to build cars.

Being involved in daily, weekly, and monthly planning for build schedules.

Maintain a professional and clean appearance of all cars and equipment in both the workshop and on events. Whilst also ensuring others are doing the same.

Develop ideas which will increase car performance, reliability, and crew efficiency.

Producing worklists and car preparation information in-between events and tests.

Mentoring less experienced Mechanics to ensure quality of work is maintained.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a candidate with three+ years’ experience as either a Rally/Rally Raid/Racing Technician.
You should be educated to a technical level.
Knowledge of the latest manufacturing techniques and materials is essential, with a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.
You should be well organised, and delivery focused, with a strong analytical approach and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively to all team members.
