Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative USA (m/f/d) to join our Team in Brea, California. In this role, you will be responsible for customer support for the USA.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide prompt and friendly customer support via phone, email and social media channels on issues ranging from simple to complex
  • Process orders, returns and warranty issues
  • Warehouse operations including order picking and shipment
  • Skillfully assist and retain customers through positive customer relationship building
  • Provide product recommendations and advice when needed
  • Meet and exceed service, accuracy, and productivity expectations
  • Communicate with T2-Support and Teamleads in our German Headquarter to solve and prevent customer complaints/issues
  • Suggest improvements to enhance corporate communications
  • Attend trade shows representing RaceChip USA
  • Assist with various projects and administrative tasks
