We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative USA (m/f/d) to join our Team in Brea, California. In this role, you will be responsible for customer support for the USA.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide prompt and friendly customer support via phone, email and social media channels on issues ranging from simple to complex
- Process orders, returns and warranty issues
- Warehouse operations including order picking and shipment
- Skillfully assist and retain customers through positive customer relationship building
- Provide product recommendations and advice when needed
- Meet and exceed service, accuracy, and productivity expectations
- Communicate with T2-Support and Teamleads in our German Headquarter to solve and prevent customer complaints/issues
- Suggest improvements to enhance corporate communications
- Attend trade shows representing RaceChip USA
- Assist with various projects and administrative tasks
