Hendrick Motorsports, a leading NASCAR Motorsports operation, is currently seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable PART-TIME Strength and Conditioning Assistant. The desired candidate should have experience in a gym environment, which includes but is not limited to closing the weight room at the end of the day, ensuring the weight room and locker rooms are adequately organized and cleaned prior to closing, and stocking and organizing supplies as needed. Demonstrated knowledge in exercise techniques and a knowledge base of physical training methods is beneficial. This position requires strong communication and a flexible work schedule.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Strength and Conditioning, Physical Therapy, or a related field
- Experience preferred in a high performance, competitive environment
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact well with others
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be a team player, possess the ability to inspire and motivate others, and have a high level of integrity
