 Job Purpose

Under the direct supervision of the Retail Sales Manager, the Specialty Sales Representative is responsible for selling a full range of extreme experiences and packages to our customers with a professional and customer friendly approach.   The ideal candidate must have the ability to multitask and provide an excellent customer experience in all interactions.  This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service, sales skills, and problem solving skills.  In addition, the Specialty Sales Representative must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. 

 

Essential Job Functions  

  • Ability to connect quickly and effectively in a fast paced, high traffic, sales setting with the buying public
  • Able to establish a comfort level in all sales and service interactions
  • Ability to close sales quickly onsite
  • Self-motivated, positive, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Skilled at conducting needs assessments with customers in a manner that provides the proper information in order   to make solid recommendations based upon their needs
  • Proficient at providing concise and easy to understand recommendations on our packages and service offerings
  • Responsible for keeping up to date on all company promotions, pricing, and updates to influence buyers 
  • Ability to enter customer orders in a computerized back office system accurately and efficiently
  • Conducting administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner as requested
  • Providing timely responses to the general inquiries of the sales leadership team
  • Consistent and prompt attendance is mandatory at all times
  • Other duties as needed

 

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Some college preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Phone sales experience helpful
  • Multilingual helpful - Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish 

 Compensation:

Start full time $26K ($12.5/h) + commission during the 90 day probation/training period  $28K ($13.46/h) + commission after the training period if meeting performance goals

Possibility for increase depending on evaluation of performance.
