Summary: Leads and assists in the smooth and efficient operation of Shock Assembly.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Enforces safety regulations
- Trains employees and oversees assembly procedures for quality standards, timely delivery, and fill customer orders and daily production goals as required.
- Delegates a daily work schedule for production.
- Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers and delegates duties.
- Suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
- Sets up machines and equipment.
