Job Description:

NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Manager, Digital Marketing based in either our Charlotte, North Carolina or Daytona Beach, Florida office.

The Manager, Digital Marketing’s primary focus is on website content monetization plans, database and email marketing management (including audience segmentation, email marketing planning, placing and optimizing). The Manager also develops other digital marketing campaigns, such as paid social campaigns paid search and display with the Google Ad network, SEO, banner ad, mobile display and CPA campaigns, all with quantifiable ROI.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop the digital marketing plans in support of industry priorities including ticket sales, television viewership and user engagement on owned digital platforms.
  • Manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to increase event ticket sales, applying continuous optimization practices, and detailed post-campaign analysis.
  • Enhance the company’s paid social media efforts using emerging technologies that deliver more in-depth monitoring, optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Partner with Data, Consumer Sales and Research teams on fan/customer segmentation strategies, and execution of hyper-targeted campaigns utilizing database, email, paid digital and CRM management.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns including but not limited to ticketing campaigns, weekly newsletters, partner promotions and tune-in campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal Design team to develop creative for all digital ad campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Partnership Marketing team on ways to support database initiatives for our official partners.
  • Define customer database elements and corresponding segmentation strategies for marketing strategy.
  • Manage centralized marketing calendar, reports, and campaign recap presentations.
  • Manage weekly reports, ad-hoc data requests as well as monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews
  • Communicate directly to industry stakeholders (i.e. tracks, teams, etc.) via cross-functional campaigns

Required skills / experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Exceptional team and interpersonal skills
