Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:         

  • Key Account Management for OEM customers
  • Developing new business and maintaining current projects
  • Customer marketing (roadshows, benchmark)
  • Represent company during presentations to customers
  • Guarantee continuous information flow by coordination and collaboration between the headquarter in Italy, involved departments, international project teams and the customers
  • Lead and coordinate the Request for Quotations (RFQ) process within the offer team (such as Project Management, R&D, Industrial, Controlling)
  • Sales planning for the customers of competence
  • Change management and price strategy for projects in development and production
  • Contract review (RFQ, Quality and Logistic requirements)
  • Support plants with their customer relationships as well as responsible for customer satisfaction and problem solving

Your profile:

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Very good technical understanding as well as solid technical background
  • Former experience in automotive industry as a Project Leader / Program Manager / Sales Engineer in the automotive supplying industry is highly appreciated
  • High sense of cost awareness
  • Very good level of German and English languages are mandatory, Italian will be highly appreciated
  • Open-minded team player, enjoys working in an international environment
  • Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to understand the clients’ requirements and issues MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • European driving licence (B-Category) is required
