Responsibilities:
- Key Account Management for OEM customers
- Developing new business and maintaining current projects
- Customer marketing (roadshows, benchmark)
- Represent company during presentations to customers
- Guarantee continuous information flow by coordination and collaboration between the headquarter in Italy, involved departments, international project teams and the customers
- Lead and coordinate the Request for Quotations (RFQ) process within the offer team (such as Project Management, R&D, Industrial, Controlling)
- Sales planning for the customers of competence
- Change management and price strategy for projects in development and production
- Contract review (RFQ, Quality and Logistic requirements)
- Support plants with their customer relationships as well as responsible for customer satisfaction and problem solving
Your profile:
- Degree in Engineering
- Very good technical understanding as well as solid technical background
- Former experience in automotive industry as a Project Leader / Program Manager / Sales Engineer in the automotive supplying industry is highly appreciated
- High sense of cost awareness
- Very good level of German and English languages are mandatory, Italian will be highly appreciated
- Open-minded team player, enjoys working in an international environment
- Presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to understand the clients’ requirements and issues MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- European driving licence (B-Category) is required
