Job Description

Do you have a background in design & manufacturing engineering, with experience of leading business transformation & cross functional teams? Reaction Engines is looking for a new Industrialisation Lead to drive the business towards greater customer focus and serial production capabilities.

We need someone to bridge the gap between product development and production, to help us ramp up product deliveries and meet customer requirements for durability, repeatability, scalability, cost and quality. This exciting role offers the chance to coordinate internal development of products across a range of industries, including motorsport, aerospace and energy. Qualifications

To be successful you'll need:

  • Experience in leading business transformation
  • Experience leading cross functional teams
  • Experience in Design and Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Experience in a technology or production business
  • Experience bringing products to market and scaling up manufacturing capabilities
  • Strategic thinking, seeing the bigger picture and joining the dots
  • Influence, manage and build teams that can work seamlessly across functions
  • Strong management and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative and inclusive working style.
  • Commercially minded
