IMSA seeks a talented professional to join us in the position of Series Coordinator, Ferrari Challenge & Lamborghini Super Trofeo based in our Daytona office.
The Series Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Series Manager with the coordination of the IMSA Ferrari Challenge & Lamborghini Super Trofeo Series operational procedures, including competitor and industry relations. Reports directly to the Ferrari Challenge & Lamborghini Super Trofeo Series Manager.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
As delegated, acts as a liaison with FC & LST Entrants, both in office, at events and at their respective places of business
Coordinates with the FC and LST Series Manager and the Sr. Director of Logistics to facilitate Pre-event logistics and planning
Assists the FC & LST Series Manager in creating post event reports and providing a constant flow of communication to IMSA Competition and Marketing peers
In conjunction with the FC & LST Series Manager, acts as a key contact for existing, new and potential FC & LST entrants. Act as a clearing house / match maker placing drivers with teams
Will be a constant and active “presence” in the paddock, providing a trusted and respected point of contact for all stakeholders on Operational matters.
Accurately represent the Series Regulations and communicates the vision and “gospel” of IMSA and the Ferrari Challenge & Lamborghini Super Trofeo Series.
Be a source of unfiltered, accurate stakeholder feedback to senior IMSA management
Per the directive of the FC & LST Series Manager, acts as a key IMSA representative and liaison with IMSA’s Tire Partners and ensure all policies and procedures are fully understood
Approximate travel 40%, including +/-15 weekends
