Events Manager

Williams F1 are looking for a passionate Events Manager to join our Marketing team. You will ensure the team’s partners, sponsors and client’s hospitality and event needs are taken care of throughout the year. In the role you will be creating, planning and executing events for the team, liaising with partners to ensure hospitality and event requirements are met and leading these activations trackside at races.

As an Events Manager, you will also:
•Create, plan and execute events for the team’s sponsors.
•Liaise with partners to ensure hospitality and event requirements are met.
•Lead on track / event activations.
•Select and manage contractors, suppliers, clients (rights holders/suite design and build implementations/AV suppliers/gift providers/external venue providers).
•Manage hospitality budget on a daily basis.
•Follow company brand guidelines, working with the creative team on venue and collateral branding.
•Understand and deliver against contractual obligations from partners.
•Liaise with partner managers and communications function to set up unique activations.

To apply for this role, you must have a proven track record working in a similar position within a fast-paced environment for a high-profile organisation (preferably with motorsport experience).
