NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Coordinator, Content Strategy is based in Charlotte, NC.
The Coordinator, Content Strategy is responsible for collaborating with, and supporting all, of the various content creators of NASCAR Roots, communicating and documenting all content plans and executions. The primary focus of the role is administrative and general support of the Content Strategy team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate communication within content strategy team and internal departments which may include updates, news and insights
- Support planning and execution for content strategy in partnership with partners and colleagues
- Work with colleagues to support development of presentations, and help package reports, analysis and business performance metrics
- Oversee credential requests, submissions and fulfillment on behalf of department colleagues
- Manage and distribute content calendar for Grassroots racing
- Plan and execute department meetings, training and team off-sites
- Approximate travel 25% including weekends.
Required skills / experience:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required, preferably in Journalism or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of current digital and/or editorial production experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient on all Company provided hardware and software.
- Knowledge of social media content management and reporting platforms.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere or After Effects and other similar multimedia software suites.
