The Williams Group is pleased to announce that we are now recruiting for our 2020 Williams Business Graduate Scheme.
The Williams Group consists of our Formula One team and Williams Advanced Engineering, a growing business taking technology and know-how from F1 and applying it to the most exciting engineering innovations of the 21st century. As a Business Associate at Williams you will have the opportunity to work across both of these businesses on a two year rotational scheme, with a view to a permanent role in an area that best suits you (subject to business need) at the end of the scheme.
During your time as a Business Associate, you will rotate through the various business management functions, which include but are not limited to; Operations, Finance, Programme Management, Commercial and HR. You will be relied on to work closely with our Engineering community to deliver performance and process improvement. As a graduate cohort you will receive regular training and mentoring to support and develop you for your future career at Williams.
We are looking for exceptional candidates who will graduate in summer 2020 or have graduated in the past year. You’ll have achieved (or be expecting to achieve) a great result in your degree subject and have a strong academic background. You do not need to have a technical degree to apply for this role - mindset is key in Formula One, so we’re looking for people with a ‘can-do’ attitude, an analytical approach and an ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
