At M-Sport, we’re dedicated to competing at the highest level and to the support of our valued customer programmes around the world. To this end, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Coordinator to join an upcoming Rally2 project.
Responsible for the running of a new Rally2 team on dedicated rounds of the 2023 FIA World Rally and European Rally Championships, the Team Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth running of M-Sport’s principal support team.
Working in a fast-paced environment, the Team Coordinator will liaise with various departments to ensure the smooth running of the Rally2 team – overseeing everything from logistics to workshop timeframes and dealing with all sporting matters on events.
The ideal candidate should have:

Strong computer skills and an ability to work with new programmes quickly and efficiently.

Good knowledge of rallying.

An understanding of FIA regulations.
The role requires a consistently high level of performance and quality in a highly pressurised and time sensitive environment – suiting a self-motivated team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. A flexible approach to working hours is also required.
