THE ROLE
We’re looking to appoint a Rally1 Engineer to provide engineering support alongside our busy WRC event team. Extracting maximum performance whilst ensuring the efficient running of our competition vehicles, our Engineers are at the very core of the team – travelling the world in pursuit of the very best results.
The role and responsibilities include:

Providing technical assistance on tests and events.

Defining and delivering vehicle running procedures and ensuring the efficient running of competition vehicles.

Helping to drive an integrated and collaborative approach to improving performance aspects, including identifying and resolving technical issues.

Assisting in the production of technical literatures, bulletins and presentations.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
You should be educated to degree level in Motorsport Engineering, or a relevant discipline and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.
You should have experience and knowledge of data logging and analysis software, and be well organised and delivery focused.
You should pride yourself on your attention to detail, and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a
time-sensitive environment.
You should have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and be confident producing professional technical documents and reports.
Experience in a similar motorsport environment would be an advantage.
