As Fisker’s Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the Executive Business Partner and leadership team on developing and maintaining a professional, fun, exciting day-to-day work experience for the entire Fisker team. As an internal influencer and representative of Fisker, you are responsible for assisting with the office organization and support, including but not limited to office supplies and stocking and restocking of the office kitchens, assisting with new hire orientations, internal events, and scheduling team travel. The ideal candidate has experience researching contracts with vendors and loves finding new ways to optimize spending as well as supporting culture and employee branding and events.

Responsibilities

  • Research and coordination of contacts/contracts with vendors for office kitchen supplies, company-wide lunches, events, etc.
  • Helping oversee planning & logistics associated with events and meetings as they relate to the office
  • Online ordering of bulk groceries and office supplies while managing department budget. Ensuring onsite kitchen is stocked with essential items needed for employees
  • Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations including mail distribution, conference rooms maintenance and scheduling
  • Managing internal communications for office updates and/or newsletters
  • Distribution and maintenance of building access keys and executive parking assignment
  • Point of contact for guests and visiting employees including any current COVID-19 compliances
  • Coordinating with HR/IT team to ensure that all new hires are assigned a workspace & supplies
  • Booking travel and hotel reservations for Fisker team as needed
  • Preparing shipping labels and delivery of packages 
  • Answering incoming office calls and emails as needed 
  • Point of contact for onsite security, maintenance facility/cleaning staff 
  • Coordination of office emergency procedures and training
  • Reports to Executive Business Partner

Qualifications

  • 4+ years working in office administrative support (preferred experience in tech specifically)
  • Experience building and managing budgets 
  • Affinity for working in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
  • Experience booking travel
  • Working knowledge of office processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Strong, genuine affinity for our mission, vision and values
