Your tasks:
- order handling incl. follow up, availability check and preparation of related delivery notes
- creation of invoices including the system-side completion of orders in SAP
- regular communication and coordination with internal and external customers, suppliers and partners worldwide, including the coordination of special measures in cooperation with customers and suppliers in bottleneck situations
- processing of new customers in the database
- maintenance and update of the customer portal including spare parts catalogue (parts pricing and part number changes), news feed and technical bulletins
- support of the sales team in many sales-related topics and processes
The successful candidate will:
- completed studies in business administration or comparable courses or commercial training/education with appropriate professional experience. Alternatively display comprehensive experience in the technical and mechanical area of (race) cars
- have comprehensive SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) skills
- have a technical background
- display strong communication skills
- have sound English language skills
