We are looking for enthusiastic and competent Number 1 Mechanics with previous high-level motorsport experience to work within our growing LMP2 and GT3 teams. You will be the lead person on your car crew.
You must have a minimum of five years relevant experience.Â

Main Duties:Simulation Strategy & Opportunity Identification
Help shape an ambitious, performance-led simulation roadmap and critical path aligned to the team’s competitive strategy.
Identify inefficiencies, modelling gaps, bottlenecks or untapped areas where simulation tools, data, and modelling can meaningfully improve car development or trackside operations.
