Job Summary:
Charlotte Motor Speedway/Speedway Motorsports are seeking part-time Ticket Sales & Services Representatives to generate excitement and drive revenue through selling multiple track ticketing and camping events. We are looking for highly motivated individual(s) committed to success and comfortable with telephone sales. Must possess a high level of energy and passion for what you represent. Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service while answering inbound phone lines
- Assist callers in variety of needs through inbound phone lines
- Manage and sell an assigned number of warm leads by making outbound calls
- Quickly follow-up on assigned leads to ensure we capitalize on selling tickets and/or camping to those who recently attended or contacted our ticket office(s)
- Continually collect and update the ticket buyer database with the desired information
- Strive to increase ticket and camping sales for all events currently on sale
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports
- Strong communication skill
- Self-starter
- Prior call center experience and/or sales experience preferred but not essential
- Experience and understanding of Ticketmaster/FanThreeSixty (CRM)/Archtics ticketing system
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
Work Shifts:
- Weekday hours available are between 8:30AM EST and 8:00PM EST
- Most event weekends
Compensation:
- Hourly wage
- Commission
