Job Title – Busser/Food Runner
As a Runner at The Speedway Club, you will be responsible for ensuring our appetizers, salads, & entrees are served in an accurate, timely, and friendly manner. This position requires someone who likes to talk, laugh, smile, and work in fast paced environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically greet customers entering restaurant
- Offers friendly service to all guests.
- Describe dishes to customers
- Deliver food to tables
- Check food for accuracy
- Polish china, glassware, and silverware
- Restock service stations
- Bus and clear tables
- Clean tables and work areas
- Transport trays of soiled dishes
- Maintains the restaurant with regards to cleanliness, neatness and customer accessibility
- Works as a team member to support other restaurant employees in their duties.
- Other duties as assigned by Restaurant manager
Physical Activities and Requirements of this Position:
Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderated and controlled by facility
environmental systems.
- Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for an extended period of time.
- Able to lift up to 25lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
- Able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, twist, walk, crouch, squat and stretch to fulfill
tasks. - Manual dexterity required to use and operate all necessary equipment.
- Talking, hearing and seeing (vision) occur continuously in the process of communicating with
guests, Supervisors and other Employees.
Experience:
- Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
