As we begin an intense programme of testing and development for our 2022 WRC project, we are looking for a Hybrid Technician to join our workshop team.
Duties will include:

Working alongside our experienced Electrical Technicians to manufacture and service electrical and hybrid components across our whole range of race/rally cars.

Understanding assembly drawings and operating in line with our quality control standards.
The ideal candidate should:

Strong wiring skills with previous experience in an electrical/ electronic assembly environment including crimping and soldering.

Be well organised and delivery focused, to meet on-time deadlines in a high pressured and time sensitive environment.

Have excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Knowledge of hybrid technology and experience in a similar race or rally setting would be an advantage. The role would suit a self-motivated team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. A flexible approach to working hours is required.
