Volunteer Motor Sport Officials

Job Description

Do you love your motorsport? Do you want to get involved within the motorsport industry? Being a trackside official is the closest you can get to the action without being in the car and it will look great on your CV.

Successful applicants will have:

  • The opportunity to officiate trackside during practice, qualifying and racing.
  • Learn from the best in the business.
  • Roles include Flag Marshal, Communicator, Track Marshal.
  • Become a CAMS accredited Official.
  • Lunch and (refreshments) at the end of each day

To be eligible you must meet the following criteria:

  • Aged 16 or above
  • Be available to officiate at Mallala Motor Sport Park on the day of the race meeting between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
  • Be an enthusiastic team player, willing to take direction and listen to instructions
  • Have written consent from a parent or guardian (for applicants under 18)

If you live in Adelaide, our next race meetings are July 29 Superkarts, August 18-19 State Circuit Racing Championships

If you do not live in Adelaide, contact us and we can put you in contact with the correct people in your local area.

Do a few local events, and you may make the Clipsal 500 team.
