We have shaped some of your favourite racing games from the last 20 years on console, PC and mobile, and are embarking on an ambitious journey to reshape the industry - to unite racing communities, esports, games, content, ideas, tools and chat all in one place. And we want you to join us. You do not have to be mad about motorsport to join us. Different experiences and perspectives are vital to our ambitions.

We are looking for a video editor that can work with our creative esports and video game teams to produce exciting content that will engage, excite and enthral our audiences as we execute our ambitious plans for the growth of community-led, authentic experiences. The ideal candidate would be someone driven to succeed and help us accelerate our fast-growing business ventures. You would work with the esports live production team, marketers and prominent rights holders from across motorsport to get the visual identity and style each of the projects right. Motorsport Games is a video games company with major offices in Miami, Orlando, London, Silverstone and Moscow with a large network of remote developers and support staff located around the globe.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating bespoke video content for social media use and VTs to be used in our live broadcasts across digital and linear platforms.
- Creating highlight packages of esports events for social media and other marketing purposes.
- Working with the Game Development teams to showcase their products for a global audience.
- Work with creative designers to bring our portfolio of products to life.
- Inputting uncut rushes and sound, synchronisation and storing them into files on the network.
- Working with the esports team to shape and implement creative digital media to our audience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knowledge and experience of working with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to work independently on content and creation of video projects
- Create basic 2D animations and explainer content for competitions.
- Use own initiative when creating video content following provided brief and brand guidelines
- Constantly pushing to improve and develop the quality and style of videos
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to post production schedules, managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong work ethic
EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable portfolio of previous work.
- At least 2 years demonstrable editing experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, or similar.
- Knowledge of cameras, audio, lighting, and video capture hardware, and their usage and setup.
- Knowledge of video games, particularly the motorsport genre is a positive but not essential.
- Subject to business requirements, some travel to events may be required
