Responsibilities include:
- Manage global automotive test program focused on achieving new vehicle “world class” quality while leading enhanced reliability standards and process.
- Demonstrate leadership, responsibility and accountability for results
- Ensure vehicles meet and exceed program requirements
- Sustain and improve program document test issues tracking
- Interact with product and quality teams on issue resolution, documentation and final validation
- Work closely with engineers, technicians, mechanics and test drivers to execute efficient test plan
- Routinely participate and lead issue resolution discussion with peers and upper management
