Job Description:

Racing Electronics seeks an experienced Seasonal Travel/Admin Associate. For those interested in a career in professional sports, Racing Electronics offers the opportunity to become versed in the strategies associated with increasing fan engagement and avidity, as well as learning major event operations and the tactics that support the efforts to drive sales. The Event Travel/Admin Associate is an important part of supporting the efforts of other employees who are delivering the ultimate race day experience for Racing Electronics customers.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Experience in Booking Travel
  • Administrative Experience
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively; excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to deal effectively with their questions and/or problems.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, customers, and officials in other departments.
  • Ability to work alone or with others.
  • Practice and maintain professional work ethics, attitude, and appearance.

Work Requirements/Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, and lift and move up to 25 pounds.
