Role Overview

Fisker Inc is currently seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to join our Human Resources team! The Total Rewards Analyst is part of the human resources team and is a key contributor in the administration and development of total rewards programs across the organization. The role will be responsible for providing professional level analysis of our compensation, employee benefits, and compliance programs. This role contributes to the success of Fisker by ensuring our employees are compensated and rewarded equitably, and through maintaining accurate, reliable data for the organization to help inform strategic business decisions. The Total Rewards Analyst will ensure that plans are administered consistent with company objectives and strategy and ensure that all plans are in compliance with federal and state regulations. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct job analysis, market pricing, and internal equity review to determine base pay and salary grade recommendations for new positions
  • Participate in published salary surveys, conduct customized salary surveys, and evaluate compensation survey data to determine company's competitive position
  • Participate and provide support in the planning and administration of the annual salary review processes for assigned business units
  • Review and propose salary adjustments for internal and external offers for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices
  • Recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation related problems
  • Assist in the design, communication, and implementation of incentive and base pay programs
  • Develop and document salary procedures to streamline and improve processes and work streams.
  • Has an understanding of HRIS systems and experience with integrating total rewards within HRIS systems
  • Has knowledge of total rewards including salary, cash bonus, benefits and equity-based compensation.
  • Has knowledge of calculating and communicating total rewards to existing employees and potential employees 
  • Conform with all corporate policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with HR Information Systems on system improvement or development projects that directly or indirectly support Compensation's strategic and tactical objectives.
  • Maintain current compensation levels/ranges for all organization roles, working with Compensation Consultant to obtain current market data as needed
  • Prepare compensation worksheets for annual merit cycles and annual AIP program
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and international laws to ensure programs and plans meet statues and requirements
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to create, review and update job descriptions and hiring levels/ranges 

Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of Total Rewards and HRIS experience.
  • Knowledge and application of compensation principles, theories, policies, practices and HRIS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail; advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced to expert-skill level for Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws governing compensation practices.
