Talent Development Manager

About The Role

Are you already a HRBP or a Talent Development Manager looking to partner up with some great departments here at F1?  We’re looking for someone who has breadth of generalist experience but who also has proven experience within the Talent Development remit to come in and join our HR team. This role will have an emphasis on leading on Talent initiatives and working with the HRBPs to instil them within the business.

You’ll be based in our Media and Technology Centre in Biggin Hill but will be required to attend our head office in Central London on a regular basis (we’ll cover reasonable travel costs).

In this role you’ll:

  • Lead on Talent initiatives and be responsible for talent planning, learning/needs analysis, competency frameworks and leadership development
  • Support major HR initiatives and wider business projects that require talent management components
  • Support management in developing and retaining talent and drive performance improvement / management

About you

You’re an experienced HRBP or Talent Development Manager who enjoys getting involved in all aspects of the employment life cycle, but a keen interest in Talent Management.  You keep your employment law knowledge up to date and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

You have

  • CIPD Level 7 or MBA

  • Generalist experience

  • Supervisory/mentoring experience

  • Multi-site experience

  • Great time management skills

  • A flexible attitude
