SW Solution Architect

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Software (SW) Solution Architect with team management experience to join our team at the headquarters in Maranello.
You will work with the dedicated team that supports our engineers, by designing and developing the best data analysis and processing tools. You and your team are responsible for handling and visualising data in a consistent, rapid and reliable manner, to allow the department to provide timely and accurate feedback on activities performed in an environment where delivery in time is critical.
In this position you will play a key-role to expand the software infrastructure to support a wide range of new analysis tools and techniques, without compromising the integrity and consistency of the core systems. You will be in charge of collecting and assessing feature requests, transforming them into a specification and building the solution, actively yourself and coordinating the development team. 
The existing software suite is mature, covering .NET (C# with WPF), MATLAB, SQL, and VBA. 

Desired Skills and Experience
In order to succeed in this challenging role, we are looking for a graduate profile (Computer Science/Engineering/Physics/Mathematics) with at least 5 years of highly relevant experience gained in a similar role.
And in addition, you have already managed a (small) team, bringing a strong work ethic and integrity. As a result where you have developed a strong intuition skill for the correctness of software architecture, algorithm design and code reuse.
In Ferrari we can expect you to be capable of thinking analytical, client-oriented and highly structured, with excellent relationships and communicative skills. You will be able to intelligently and independently tackle problems in a range of new areas with a highly structured problem solving skill in a dynamic, ever changing environment.
A good knowledge of Italian and English language (both spoken and written) is essential.
