Sports Rights Sales Manager

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Sales Manager will assist him to develop the sales generated through sublicensing on a worldwide basis.

In close collaboration with the Rights team, Eurosport Events team and Media Servicing team, you will be in charge of the following missions:

  • Prospection and Negotiation of new clients to develop the sales
  • Management of the Sales back office
  • Focus on Motorsports portfolio to develop the sales
  • Draft and legal follow up of the contracts
  • Coordination on Eurosport Events activity
  • Sport rights market benchmark and follow up
  • Development of a sales tools to support the sales process

Requirements

You hold a master’s degree or equivalent and you have an experience in sales with a successful track record in the sport and/or media industry. You have an excellent knowledge of the different kinds of Media (TV, internet, mobile…) and the audio visual market. You have a strong knowledge in Sport, especially in Motorsports.

You are fluent in English and French and possibly a third language (Arabic or Spanish). Very advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Excellent ability to summarize, analyse and build relationships as well as listening skills, adaptability and attention to detail are necessary to succeed in this position.

You must be able to travel on weekdays and weekends to attend and coordinate events on site.
