Special Vehicle Supervisor

Our team offers early concept design solutions with continued guidance through production and product release. We utilize a full suite of design tools and methodologies capable of supporting unique and diverse projects. As industry experts, we provide full vehicle, component and subsystem design, testing and production. MARTIN is currently in seeking a Special Vehicle Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support internal and customer deliverables
  • Oversight, development, and expansion of Specialty and OEM Vehicle build programs including, but not limited to:
  • Prototype Vehicle Builds
  • Custom Specialty Vehicles
  • Wiring Assembly (Harness Build)
  • On and Off Road Vehicle Assembly
  • Accessory Installation
  • End of Line Light & Heavy Repair
  • Quality Spills
  • Rework
  • Custom Vehicle Restorations
  • Marketing Events (i.e. Ride & Drive)
  • Validate project requirements with teams comprised of executive leadership, engineers, supplier, and quality control
  • Oversee coordination of internal and external manufacturing, engineering, and supplier quality teams to create and refine work instructions, tool & supply requirements, and personnel requirements
  • Approve development and update of program policies and procedures
  • Remain abreast of new technology; team training and lead in implementation as appropriate
  • Assist Program Leaders with strategies for and execution of program growth
  • Develop and win new business

SKILLS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:

  • Automotive OEM and Tier coordination (5+ Years Experience)
