McLeod Racing is looking for a Solidworks/CAD Drafter to join our Product Development Team
Qualifications/Skills:
- 2+ years CAD experience.
- Ability to create and develop 2 and 3 dimensional CAD drawings.
- Able to make complex assemblies consisting of multiple parts.
- Solidworks experience is a plus (2+ years)
- Layer Management/ Drawing scales as they relate to text, dimensions, lines, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Create assembly files
- Create design library
- Knowledge in common manufacturing concepts and techniques
- Proficient in operation of precision measurement/reverse engineering tools; such as calipers “digital and analog”, scales/rulers, micrometers “digital and analog”, and indicators
- Ability to work independently
