Do you like auto racing? Are you mechanically skilled or good with your hands? Do you like to take apart the lawnmower motor on occasion? Can you put it back together?
ATI Performance Products, a Baltimore based manufacturer of high performance automotive race parts is seeking to fill 3 new positions. We are looking for someone who is good with their hands and has a mechanical aptitude! This is a hands on the parts kind of job. You will assembling small auto parts for race transmissions and act as a general helper in the machine shop.
You must be able to:
- Follow detailed and specific assembly instructions, processes and procedures for an assembly
- Communication with supervisor. Reporting status and scheduling. Proper reporting of problems with quality, process, equipment and materials.
- Maintenance of a clean and organized work space
Specific Skills
- Ability to use hand tools
- Experience with machine shop processes would be helpful
- Consistent ability to meet production standards and work independently to maintain high quality work standards
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, lift anywhere from 10- 50 lbs
