We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with extensive Automotive Business Development experience to join the MARTIN team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support internal and customer deliverables:
Oversite, development, and expansion of OEM and Tier automotive programs including, but not limited to:
- Prototype Vehicle Builds
- Wiring Assy (Harness Build)
- On Road Vehicle Testing
- Recall Campaigns
- Vehicle Port Services
- Accessory Installation
- Ride Share Vehicle Services Support
- Yard Holds
- End of Line Light & Heavy Repair
- Quality Spills
- Rework
- Custom Vehicle Restorations
- Marketing Events (i.e. Ride & Drive)
- Validation project requirements to cross functional program teams comprised of executive leadership, engineers, supplier, and quality control
- Oversee coordination with internal and external manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality teams to determine create and refine work instructions, tool and supply requirements, personnel requirements
- Approve development and update of program / team policy and procedures
- Remain abreast of new technology; team training and lead in implementation as appropriate
- Drive accountability for program budget and finance management including reconciliation
- Assist Program Leaders with strategies for and execution of program growth
- Develop and win new business
