Signwriter

The Role 
We are currently seeking a full-time Signwriter to assist in our Race Engineering operations. This opportunity requires someone who is willing to work within a high performance team committed to providing an outstanding level of service and attention to detail. We are looking for a creative person to lead our signage department team, a key aspect of which is turning our Supercar livery designs into a professionally finished wrap.

Ideal applicant will have:

• Signwriting trade and/or related industry experience
• High level of vehicle wrap installation experience is essential
• Ability to design print ready artwork files from digital renders
• Operate large format Roland digital printer, vinyl cutters and laminator
• Proficiency with FlexiSign, Roland VersaWorks and Adobe Illustrator
• General maintenance and upkeep of equipment
• Stock ordering and inventory management

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
• Problem solving and decision making abilities 
• Solid organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Basic mechanical skills.

• The successful applicant must be reliable, disciplined and be a great communicator.

The role will include some travel, including scope to become part of the full season travel team, dependent upon the applicant’s mechanical skill level.
