FOX Factory, Inc., a fast-growing and dynamic company in Scotts Valley, CA (95066) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior IT Auditor. This position will report directly to the Internal Audit Manager.
Under limited supervision, the Senior IT Auditor acts in a lead role for all internal and external IT audits managed by the Internal Audit department. This individual will also be responsible for assisting in designing and performing audits of the company’s information systems and business process environments to help evaluate compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist in the execution of the companies SOX program by participating in end to end SOX activities, including scoping, controls documentation, walkthroughs, testing, remediation, and reporting for Business Process (BP) and IT controls.
- Assist in evaluating, monitoring and resolving material findings (Internal and External Audit etc.).
- Assist in the design and execution of IT audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the IT controls to safeguard company's data and IT resources and the level of compliance with IT policies and procedures as well as identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Performs statistical sampling to accomplish audit procedures. Obtains, analyzes and appraises supporting data utilizing various software applications.
- Liaison with process owners and other stakeholders; prepare business for internal and external audit reviews.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
