We have positions available for high-achieving Senior Aerodynamicists to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in aerodynamics having an established career history and looking for a new challenge and career progression. Working as part of a small team, you will deliver innovative projects that yield on-track results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train, develop and mentor Aerodynamicists and Graduate Aerodynamicists in your team
- Lead, plan and manage complex performance development projects through all process stages
- Using a state-of-the-art wind tunnel, CFD and CAD methodologies to design and evaluate new concepts and react to data outcomes
- Apply understanding learnt from critical analysis of results to generate innovative design solutions and also help guide advancement of our tools and processes
- Work with a range of skilled team members to turn ideas into reality within tight timescales
Essential skills and experiences:
- Established track record in top-level motorsport aerodynamics
- Proven ability to deliver aerodynamic gains and be results-driven and possess a high level of accuracy
- Be qualified in a relevant subject, eg PhD, MSc, or strong degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent
- An excellent understanding of the fundamentals of aerodynamics
- Thorough analytical and problem-solving skills, delivering innovative solutions to a high level of detail
- Be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster a culture of innovation and development
