Are you a Quality Systems Engineer looking for a role where you can write, implement and continually improve a quality management system from scratch?
We are recruiting for a Quality Systems Engineer to join the team at CloudNC and support the organisation in developing flexible business processes across all functions to ensure the business maintains and where possible exceeds compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100.
You will be methodical and will be confident knowing where to improve and streamline process and procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to design and implement a QMS from scratch with a company the is revolutionising the manufacturing industry.
The Quality Systems engineer job
- Monitor the Quality Management Systems (QMS) and update procedures where necessary.
- Conduct internal audits and follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner.
- Implement systemic corrective actions based upon outputs from internal and external audit findings.
- Ensure the document control function is kept up to date, inclusive of controlling documents of external origin.
- Conduct supplier audits and follow up on audit findings.
- Comply with health and safety procedures.
- Collaborate in a team environment to continuously improve ways and working and each other.
- Utilise our tools and technologies for collaboration, updates and reporting.
Experience Required:
- Excellent knowledge of quality systems ISO 9001 ISO9100.
- Internal auditing qualification ISO 9001 / AS9100.
- Experience of implementing quality systems.
- Experience of writing / updating procedures and work instructions.
- Supplier auditing experience.
- Lead auditor qualification preferable.
- Flexible to our continuous improvement style whereby we test processes and behaviours and adapt to do what’s best for the team and productivity.
- Collaborate with different teams to enrich factory culture and build a factory of excellence in this early phase of our growth.

Salary: £40,000.00 to £52,000.00 /year
