Quality Specialist

Description

Interface between Headquarter & locations within Quality department;
Ensuring the documentation flow in quality-management world-wide;
Monitoring of customer portals & targeted transfer of information;
Support and discharge of the head of quality in the operational, conceptual and planning activities in Headquarter;
Organization of meetings, trainings, events & support in creating training documents;
Support knowledge exchange between Quality managers world-wide;
Support preparation of certification/ surveillance audits in the plants;
Documentation and Tracking of the Quality-Management Documentation;
Track and report of the Quality KPIs and data world-wide;
Support communication and knowledge exchange between the plants.

Qualifications

Technical University Degree
3+ years’ experience in automotive industry (Quality preferred)
English – Expert
German –nice to have
MS Office & SAP knowledge
Project management experience, ability to work in a global team, willingness to frequent travel worldwide
