We have a new opportunity available to be responsible for the creation, management and delivery of project plans for both new car build and event driven updates. In this role you will provide clear and effective communication of these plans to the relevant departments; ensure plans are created, administered and completed within required timescales by working proactively with our design office, production and build departments; chair regular planning review sessions detailing project status; and maintain accurate issue logs and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a methodical approach to their work; a high level of attention to detail and accuracy; a strong understanding of all aspects of car manufacture; and previous experience of project planning and programme delivery in a high level motorsport environment. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and a dependable team player who can positively interact and communicate with a range of departments combined with a strong level of computer literacy and a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft products. Experience of personnel management would be preferable.
