Programme Director

CAD CAM Automotive (CCA) is an established and growing Automotive Engineering company who for over 100 years have been involved in the design and development of some of the world’s most iconic vehicles. 
 
The Programme Director will be responsible for co-ordination and control of projects from concept to post production launch, for new/modified components full vehicle build programmes ensuring delivery to timing deadlines, cost and quality.  

Key Tasks - Roles & Responsibilities 
• Lead on projects and programmes, coordinating full vehicle build programmes from start to finish including engineering changes
• Ensure progress is monitored; risks identified and appropriate mitigation against non-delivery is invoked
• Create and manage programme plan gateways, functional milestones and deliverables
• Manage constraints to ensure delivery to programme timing and budget with maximum effectiveness
• Achieve good customer relationships that will ultimately maximize long term profit
• Review project outcomes/lessons learnt at a Senior level
• Work on multiple major projects requiring innovative solutions
• Day to Day management and co-ordination of Programme team
• Develop a cross functional team
• Resource planning
• Attend, manage and co-ordinate internal, customer and supplier meetings/reviews
• Report at Director Level to stakeholders and customers

Stategy and Development

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice programme management vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
• Have an active involvement in the development of growth of CAD CAM Automotive
