We are looking for a Production Planning & Control Specialist within Electronics&Powertrain Manufacturing team. The candidate will be in charge of the following activities:
- Drive the BL plants in improving and optmizing the production standards and line efficiencies
- Supervise the production performances and engage the plants in the regular monitoring and continuous improvement of the productivity KPI, working closely with the local Work Analysis staff.
- Support the local Work Analysis in the work cycles analysis, time study, line balancing, manpower workload, machinery saturation
- Identify the improvement opportunities and sustain the plants in activating the relevant action plans
- Spread amongst the BLs plants the common standards of the Work Analysis and verify locally the right understanding and application
- Guarantee the proper level of expertise inside the plants on the Work Analysis topics supporting the skills development and upgrade
- Promote internal benchmark among the plants through the exchange of the best experiences and transforming local Best Practices into common standards for all the BL plants.
- Support the plants in the implementation of the M3 Manufacturing Organization Model
- Contribute to the identification, development and deployment of the standard production guidelines inside the plants of the BLs
- Support the plants in the preparation of the budget and 5 years plan (Direct/Indirect Manpower needs, machineries saturation) ensuring the compliance to the BL overall targets and roadmap.
- Contribute to the development of the WCM culture inside the plants and in the specific to the WO (Workplace Organization) expansion
EXPERIENCES:
3-5 years of previous experience in Production, Planning & Control departments
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE and INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:
- Knowledge and experience in time and motion study through MTM UAS system
- Deep knowledge of the Lean Manufacturing logics and WCM
- Competence in Microsoft Office with excellent knowledge in Excel, Access, and preferably Autocad
LANGUAGES:
- Fluent English both written and spoken
