Reporting to the Business Unit Director you are required to manage the day to day running of all production activities within Moulded Composites. This is a key role within the Business Unit where you will be expected to manage a team of 20 plus including Laminators, Trimmers & Inspectors co-ordinating their activities in order to deliver the production plan on time, to the required quality and within cost.
The role also includes Health & Safety, Environmental controls, safety and welfare, preventative maintenance, training and production.
As a key member of the operations team you will be actively involved in the development and growth of the plant and processes within the area and then ensuring that these high standards are maintained. This role covers both new products and existing production programmes.
