CNC Machine Operator

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team

Duties (include but not limited to):

  • Setup and operation of HAAS and MORI CNC mills/lathes to perform multiple machining operations on various materials
  • Operations involve setups, tooling changes, adjustments and piece inspections
  • Adjusting the speeds, feeds, depth of cut and other adjustments
  • Changing pieces/parts

Skills / Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of CNC machining/setup experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • The ability to comprehend G or M Code
  • The ability to read micrometers and calipers
  • The ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 70 lbs
  • The ability to change fixtures and tooling
  • The ability to read blueprints and inspect parts
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of individuals
  • Ability to work self-directed
  • Strong organization skills
  • The ability to read parts, programs and edit programs is helpful.
