• Prepare the tube components for welding using a variety of machines.
• Operate hand & stationary tools and machinery - cold saw, band saw, grinder, expander, mill, lathe, etc.
• Ensure all tube assemblies meet strict quality and compliance standards
• Work effectively with cross-functional departments (welding, bending, quality) as need
• Conduct quality inspections using appropriate quality measurement tools (calipers, taps, angles)
• Basic maintenance of tooling and equipment
