Our Test team contribute to complex powertrain engineering projects, working with prestigious manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers across the automotive and motorsport sectors, finding creative solutions to engineering problems whilst developing outstanding technology.
We are looking for an ambitious Test Technician to be part of our evolving team, running a wide range of powertrain project testing, playing a vital role in the development of our next generation engines, hybrid technologies and electric traction motors.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out testing on a wide range of components which make up parts of our powertrain technology using a variety of test equipment including dynos.
Conduct climate testing using high and low temperature test equipment
Prepare test reports and present test data to internal engineering teams and to customers.
Ensure test equipment is well maintained and calibrated Person Specification.
The successful Test Technical will hold a relevant engineering qualification, ideally a Degree, HND, HNC or equivalent and have strong planning and organisational skills coupled with a proactive approach and a high level of task ownership.
