Within our facility in Enstone, we are looking to hire the most talented individuals to support our mission. As part of this team, we have a position within our busy Composites department as a Patternmaker/Trimmer (Nightshift)
Patternmaker/Trimmer (Nightshift) - The Role
The role will involve the manufacture of Epoxy Block Patterns and candidates will be required to block and prepare the machined Patterns ready for Epoxy Moulds to be taken off them. This role will also involve the trimming of composite race car components whilst maintaining high levels of quality and output. The successful candidates will have had extensive experience in Patternmaking and F1 composite trimming within the industry. Here at Renault Sport, you will be working with state of the art equipment and a driven team to deliver excellence.
Patternmaker/Trimmer (Nightshift) – The Person
You will of need to be able to demonstrate a high degree of competency in both disciplines and will be expected to maintain high levels of quality and output and work well as team member. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, alongside the ability to work under pressure.
